How often will we meet?

We agree how often to meet together. Unlike classical psychoanalysis, psychodynamic psychotherapy usually involves less frequent sessions and more flexibility.

Is what I say confidential?

What you share in sessions is confidential. There are some limits to confidentiality, and these will be explained at your first consultation. You can read how personal information from this website is handled in the privacy notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please ask about the cancellation policy when you get in touch or at your first consultation.
